We’ll have weekly live webinars, you’ll be practicing at home and we’ll be in a private facebook group where you can share your experiences and asks your questions. And I’m there to answer them. Of course, we’ll also hold you accountable to make sure that you start exploring and building your new habit. You will know what meditation is about, you will have practiced the basic skills enough to be able to sustain your own practice, and you will have found a way that works for you to make regular meditation part of your life. You won’t need a teacher or technology to be there to make meditation work for you. And of course you will continue to learn and practice.

You will have a way to meditate that fits you – and your life – like a glove.

After that, of course we will still be there to cheer you on, and the facebook group will continue to be a place to connect, ask questions and get your accountability.

The investment

Participating in Meditation Made Easy, with 6 live classes and support through Facebook costs € 95,-. For about the cost of 6 yoga lessons, you will have built a steady meditation practice, that you can always fall back on.

Meditation is a doorway into personal and spiritual development. If you want to welcome the opportunity to dive in more deeply, or have had ‘stuff’ come up in the past when you tried meditating that you would like to clear, you can book two extra personal 45 minute Skype coaching sessions. This will help you deepen your practice.

The Course Meditation Made Easy

In six weeks, you will get:

  • 6 weekly webinars (on Sundays), starting February 2016
  • The webinars teach you what you need to know about meditation to be able to build a practice that works for you. We will practice together and there will be plenty of opportunity to ask questions. If you can’t attend, there will be a recording.
  • The topics are: What is meditation? What are the benefits? How does it relate to intuition? How can I meditate? How do I handle my thoughts and emotions while I meditate? What techniques can I use? How do I incorporate it in my life? How does it get to be a habit I enjoy (- much like your favourite coffee/ herbal tea/ great wine)? I’ll be sharing some theory, but mostly, we practice together and explore what helps and hinders us in our meditation. This course is about doing!
  • Weekly coursework where you start small and gradually build up your meditation muscle.
  • A workbook to keep track of your experiences
  • A private Facebook support group where you can share your experiences and your questions, can help each other and hold each other accountable.
  • Support from me, with quick answers to your questions.

What do I need to participate?

You will get the most out of the course when you:

  • A pc/laptop/tablet with internet access
  • Preferably a headset with microphone – this will minimise the background sounds around you coming through for other participants
  • A quiet place to sit so you can focus and are not disturbed during the webinar
  • Commit to spend a little bit of time every day on your coursework, this will range from 4 minutes to about 15 minutes

Meditation Made Easy is NOT for you if you:

  • Want to be convinced you should meditate – what you choose to do is completely up to you
  • Don’t want to start at the basics to build up your regular practice
  • Know a lot about meditation and apply it in your daily life
  • Can not commit to spending the time to listen to the webinars and do the coursework – building a regular meditation habit can only happen if you put in the time.
  • Feel uneasy about various religious or spiritual backgrounds – meditation is part of all of the larger religions in one form or another, there’s a lot we can learn from them.

What if:

  • I can’t make it? Missing a live call is no problem. Of course it helps to be able to share your experience and ask your questions, but you can always ask questions in the private Facebook group. And you receive an audio recording the day after the live call, so you can listen and practice with us.
  • I don’t like it? The information on this page and my video should give you a good impression about working with me. If you start and you find meditation doesn’t suit you at this stage, let me know before the third webinar at the latest, and I’ll give you a refund. I want you to feel right at home in the course. But start by asking all your questions in the course – it’s likely something is bugging you that can be worked out!
  • It doesn’t work for me? If you come across ‘stuff’ in yourself that makes meditation seriously hard to do, that means there is a great opportunity for personal and spiritual development. I’m here to guide you along and give you specific pointers through the private Facebook group. If that is not enough, you can book additional coaching sessions.
